1. Maintenance on Course Openings Information for the First Semester, 2019-2020 Academic Year
Date: Before May 30, 2019
Who: Curriculum Division
Notes: Starting on May 30, 2019 at 9:00 am, students can begin browsing for course information.

2. Pre-registration for the First Semester, 2019-2020 Academic Year
Dates: June 4, 2019 at 9:00 am to June 11, 2019 at 4:00 pm
Who: All students
How: Log into the online system for course registration and pre-register

Notes: From June 12, 2019 at 9:00 am to June 18, 2019 at 4:00 pm, students can use the online registration system to see pre-registration results.

Dates: June 12, 2019 at 9:00 am to June 18, 2019 at 4:00 pm
Who: Administrative staff in both divisions from departments hosting courses
How: Log into the online registration system and approve/announce course lists.

4. Administrative staff registering students for courses in the First Semester, 2019-2020 Academic Year
Dates: August 12, 2019 at 9:00 am to August 14, 2019 at 12:00 pm
Who: Administrative staff in both divisions from departments hosting courses
Notes: Starting on August 15, 2019 at 9:00 am, students can check their course lists to see the courses that administration staff have helped them register for.
 
5. Selecting preferences for Holistic Education courses
Dates: August 24, 2019 at 9:00 am until August 27, 2019 at 9:00 pm
Who: Daytime Division students (including those in 2 year programs) and students at the School of Continuing Education who need to select General Education courses and physical education courses.
How: Student Access (Information) Portal > School Services > Courses/Learning > Holistic Education Course Selection System
Notes: Starting from August 28, 2019 at 4:00 pm, students can access their course lists to see the results of course distribution.
 
6. Online registration and course distribution for the First Semester, 2019-2020 Academic Year
